Beskrivelse

The day will be structured around the focus of the course, namely diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership. We will start the day with a general introduction to the concepts as well as our own privileges and blind spots. The rest of the day we will focus on how you, as a leader, can work with and operationalize diversity, equity, and inclusion, one concept at a time.
