ECREA 2022: 9th European Communication Conference

The 9th European Communication Conference (ECC) by ECREA will be hosted 19 - 22 October 2022 and has the theme 'Rethink Impact'.

In this year, there will be two types of pre- and post-events: ECREA Sections' Virtual Preconferences and Independent Pre- and Postconferences. Calls for both of these events will be published on this page.

ECREA Sections' Virtual Preconferences: These are organised and administred by ECREA sections and will be announced here as well as sections' own websites.

Pre-/Postconferences: These can take place either Monday Oct. 17, Tuesday Oct. 18 or Wednesday Oct. 19 (till 18:00); the post-conferences can be either Monday Oct. 24 or Tuesday Oct. 25. Both pre- and post-conferences are wholly separate from the main conference in terms of budget, programming, and administration. If interested in hosting a pre- or post-conference, please send an outline (max 300 words) to Henrik Bødker ([email protected]) by 1 March. Present briefly the organiser(s), title, theme, related/sponsoring section(s) (if applicable), expected number of participants, budget, date, location (if not online) and whether it is full- or half-day. The local organisers may be able to help with contacts to possible locations in Aarhus but are ultimately not responsible for securing a location. Accepted pre- and post-conferences will be advertised here after 10 March 2022.
