Kort præsentation

I am a PhD fellow at the Global Health Section. I have an academic background in Psychology (MSc, University of Copenhagen, 2025), specialising in Work and Organisational Psychology.

Drawing on my academic background, my research is directed towards understanding how team dynamics unfold across diverse contexts within global health consortia. I am particularly interested in how actors from different backgrounds collaborate to share capacity in ways that are sustainable and reciprocal. Drawing on psychological insights, I explore the interpersonal and organisational processes that support or hinder effective collaboration in global health. My aim is to contribute to the design of successful capacity development initiatives that cultivate equitable partnerships grounded in mutual respect and shared learning.
