Professor David Gloriam is a leading expert in G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), recognised as a top 1% most cited researcher globally. Raising over DKK 100 million in research funding and leads one of the field’s most widely used online database platforms, GPCRdb, which supports over 50,000 users annually across academia and industry. He has developed computational tools used by pharmaceutical companies and GPCRgraphs, a next-generation virtual screening platform targeting previously inaccessible GPCRs. In addition to his academic achievements, David has an increasing involvement in innovation, including as Senior Scientific Expert at Kvantify, collaborator on commercially oriented drug design programs, entrepreneurship training an applicant on several innovation projects.
