Kort præsentation

Office hours: Fridays, 15:00 – 16:00.

My research focuses on teams (e.g., team diversity, team dynamics), leadership, and human-AI/robot teaming. I am particularly using longitudinal methods and dynamic modeling to understand how teams (including team leaders and members) change, develop, and adapt over time. My work has been published at such journals as Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Management Studies, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behaviors, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and so forth. It has received several international awards such as Best Paper Award at 2018 INGRoup conference (The US), 2016 WOP conference (The Netherlands), and 2011 Eastern AoM conference (India). My joint projects with collaborators in the Netherlands have received several grants such as two Open Competition grants from NWO. I also have experiences in training and consulting companies on teamwork and leadership development and I am interested in keeping doing so.

I conduct interdisciplinary research too and have published work on such topics as institutional logics. Now part of my research is expanding into organizational neurosciences.

Prior joining KU, I have worked in the Netherlands (e.g., Maastricht University), Germany (University of Göttingen), and Belgium (Vlerick Business School). I have obtained my PhD in 2011 from Maastricht University (with Robert A. Roe) and spent the first 20 years of my life in China. I am also a visiting scholar at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
