Morten Bagge Hansen is an associate clinical professor at the Department of Clinical Medicine. Dr. Bagge Hansen is head of Department of Clinical Immunology at Copenhagen University Hospital – Rigshospitalet. He graduated from the University of Copenhagen as a medical doctor (MD) in 1988 and earned his Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMSc; dr.med.) in 1996. He is a board-certified specialist in Clinical Immunology.
Dr. Bagge Hansen research is primarily focused on immunologic tolerance. His areas of interest include cytokines and autoantibodies against cytokines as well as transfusion medicine.
