In my PhD project I focus on antisemitism and Islamophobia in transnational far-right online communities. My research is centered on how antisemitic and Islamophobic content are discursively related within racial logics. By combining computational methods and digital ethnography, my aim is to contribute with new perspectives on the connections between historical European racialization processes and contemporary online antisemitism and Islamophobia. I build on established historical research on antisemitism, Islamophobia, and racism in Europe, and new theories on social media logics and how this form the way hate is articulated in radical online communities.

I have previously been involved in the research project Rearticulating Islam: A New Generation of Muslim Religious Leaders at ToRS. In this project I studied new Muslim authorties online and the mediation of gender roles.
