Veterinarian, Copenhagen University, Denmark, primary interest in small animal diseases and surgery as well as in veterinary science. Veterinary master’s thesis at the Section of Experimental Animal Models at the Department of Veterinary Disease and Biology and Novo Nordisk A/S with the title “Reproducibility of Speckle Tracking analysis of arteria Femoralis, Carotis and Brachialis in Göttingen minipigs.” The aim of the thesis was to assess the reproducibility of circumferential strain using Speckle Tracking analysis on two-dimensional ultrasound images of the artery obtained from Göttingen mini pigs.

Passionate about animal welfare and volunteer work. Have worked alongside non-profit charitable foundations, trying to reduce the number of stray dogs and cats through spaying and neutering, and to better the lives and living condition of stray dogs and cats. Also passionate about wildlife diseases and conservation and have been working with wild and endangered animals. Founder of a volunteer animal welfare foundation called Project Animal Foundation and write a blog about volunteer work (https://volunteerveterinarian.blogspot.dk).
