Aktuel forskning

Intentioner, Selektion og Handlinger

Hvad vil det sige at huske, hvad man har besluttet sig for at gøre?” ”Hvilke beslutnings- og hukommelsesmekanismer muliggør personers kontrol af deres handlinger?” Målet for dette projekt er at besvare disse spørgsmål, og andre af samme type, ved hjælp af filosofisk analyse, eksperimental-psykologisk metode og matematisk modellering. Den filosofiske analyse vil skærpe vores forståelse af måden, hvorpå beslutninger for fremtidige handlinger er repræsenteret i langtidshukommelse. Vigtige aspekter ved denne type hukommelse er blevet systematisk overset af filosofi og eksperimentalpsykologi. I en række nye eksperimentelle studier vil vi udforske disse aspekter af handlingskontrol. Vi vil endvidere fremlægge en ny model for hukommelse af beslutninger og undersøger de teoretiske, empiriske og praktiske implikationer.

Projektet foregår i forskergruppen CoInAct i samarbejde med Thor Grünbaum fra Institut for Institut for Medier, Erkendelse og Formidling og Mark Schram Christensen fra Institut for Psykologi.
