Kort præsentation
My current research focuses on how mitochondrial dysfunction and impaired mitophagy contribute to brain aging and neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease. We use patient-derived cells and iPSC-differentiated brain cells for disease modeling and drug screening, with the goal of uncovering underlying mechanisms and identifying promising therapeutic targets for neurodegenerative disorders.
