Abstract

This chapter examines the impacts of climate change in Greenland and the challenges for a human rights-based response in the context of its colonial past and the complexity of its contemporary system of governance.

This book chapter was written in 2020. Delays by the editor and publisher meant it took five years to be published. As such, the piece is more dated than the year of publication would imply. The author contacted the publisher to seek a pathway to open access publication and repeated requests were ignored. Anyone wanting a copy can contact the author directly.
