Abstract

The following five species are described as new to science: Inostemma muellerisp. n., Metaclisis iranicasp. n., Platygaster curvistriatasp. n., Platygaster nepalicasp. n. and Prosynopeas antonisp. n. The type material of Metaclisis ocalea (Walker) is described, and M. ocalea (Walker) and M. montagnei Maneval are synonymised with M. areolata (Haliday).
