Abstract

Every year, an increasing number of young migrants from non-EU countries come to Denmark for education or cultural exchange. But who is defined as an educational migrant in Denmark? Should they have the right to stay in Denmark once they are no longer studying or when their exchange stay ends? Should they be allowed to work, and how much? Do they integrate better into the country once they have been educated here?
