Trajectories of migrating U87-MG cancer cells from spheroids in a solution of medium and Matrigel. The number in the filename is the Matrigel concentration, i.e., 25%, 50%, 67%, and 75% (v/v).
The x,y,z coordinates are in μm, whereas the time is given in frames. The pixel size is 0.443 μm and the frame rate is 1 every 5 minutes.
