Activity: Talk or presentation types › Lecture and oral contribution
Description
In this talk, I presented my understanding of transformative governance as a cultural practice for making sustainable food futures thinkable and actionable - especially where such futures are obstructed by the dominant logics that sustain unsustainable food systems. I suggested that a key task in this work is to dissolve fixed assumptions about food - both as a commodity and as something we eat.
