The series of lectures titled "Coaching - research and practice" aims to build a bridge between research and praxis in coaching and related fields and tries to build bridges between practices, theory and research. The intention is to hear from researchers and reflective practitioners, who explore coaching from a business, health or sports related angle. Further topics like organizational development, dialogue, leadership, lifestyle change etc. are included in the series of lectures which are partly on-site or online. The official is EMCC, the Danish branch of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
