The presentation is based on the Party Program "The Future of Denmark", where the postwar welfare policy with the broad economic, social, political and cultural dimensions were formulated clearly in a visionary perspective: Economic policy is the tool to promote a vibrant and diverse culture. Not the other way around. The order of the factors in this context is not indifferent and certainly not today, where culture and art, even in our material well-developed societies, often being reduced to a tool for economic growth and development.
The Title of the presentation is "A culture based society policy" in order to discuss the issues and dimensions of national and international cultural policy should integrate in the new globalized and neoliberal World.
