Activity: Talk or presentation typesLecture and oral contribution

Description

On basis of my PhD research area, I gave a guest lecture at the course 'The Legalization of EU Politics and International Relations' (Faculty of Law) on “Judicialization from Below – Legal mobilization in Hungary and Poland”. I will explore how the civil societies of Hungary and Poland are using the legal framework of the EU and its courts to mobilize – through strategic litigations – against the rule of law backsliding taken place in the two Eastern European countries.
