Description
The International Coaching Federation had the follow announcment:Join the Coaching Science Community of Practice and Reinhard Stelter, Ph.D., for a discussion around the increasingly balanced relationship between coach and coachee. Third-generation coaching goes beyond earlier practices by emphasizing a focus on identity, values, and ethical reflections. The coach takes the stance of a fellow human. Coach and coachee create something together: They generate meaning in the conversation, where both parties are on a journey, and where new stories gradually take shape. Third-generation coaching integrates the experiential and subjective-existential dimensions with the relational and constructionist dimensions.
