    This workshop is about the heart of human communication. It has focus on the things in a (coaching) dialog that we don’t see with the naked eye – ‘Common factors’. We will present a historic and theoretical perspective from psychotherapy and coaching on common factors. Subsequent we will link and compare these finding to coaching practise in the present and the future.
