Position: Associate professor, The Bioinformatics centre, Copenhagen Uni.

Research interest: Statistical and computational methods for analysis of genomic data including methods for multi-loci association studies, methods for detecting and dealing with population structure, detecting selection on disease susceptibility genes and various methods for analysis of next generation sequencing data. On the applied side, I design and execute large scale association studies and have a special interests in working with small, isolated and heterogeneous populations such as Greenlandic Inuit.
