CV

Anders Døssing was born in 1962 in Denmark and received his PhD degree in 1990 from the University of Copenhagen in chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Peter Andersen in the field of hydroxo-bridged, dinuclear chromium(III) complexes. In 1991 he did postdoctoral work in Prof. Peter C. Ford's group at University of California, Santa Barbara where he investigated the photophysical properties of polynuclear copper(I) complexes. In 1992 - 1994 he worked with Prof. Hans Toftlund at Odense University (Denmark) in the field of lanthanoide-polypyridyl complexes. In 1994 he returned to University of Copenhagen as an Assistant Professor and in 1997 he became an Associate Professor.
