Short presentation

Andrea is a Ph.D. fellow at the Centre of Excellence for Global Mobility Law (MOBILE) at the University of Copenhagen. She holds a Bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences (LL.B. equivalent) from the University of Chile, and an LL.M. from the University of Copenhagen. Andrea is a qualified lawyer in Chile.

Her research examines how the interaction of different legal regimes shape the legal infrastructure of mobility in South America using doctrinal and empirical methods. The latter include interviews, and third party observation during fieldwork visits in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.
