Short presentation

Primary research is within cellular transport mediated by amphipathic helices. Notably, we hypothesize that helix 8 of GPCRs is curvature sensing and thus can transport the GPCRs to specific cellular compartments.

Another core interest in how to best combine structural and energetic information from molecular dynamics simulations with experimental techniques such as X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy or circular dichroism, flow-cytometry etc.
