Short presentation

Anouk is a PhD fellow at the Centre of Excellence for Global Mobility Law (MOBILE) at the University of Copenhagen. Her research critically examines the role of the judiciary in the definition of migrants' irregularity, with a case study of migrants' deportation cases in French lower courts.

Anouk holds a Bachelor degree in political science (2017) and a master's degree in international affairs and human rights (2020) from Sciences Po, Paris. She hold a master's degree in legal theory and legal analysis from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) and the University Paris X - Nanterre (2021).
