Personal profile

Short presentation

My PhD research focus on health, sustainability and acceptability of plant-based versions of animal-based foods and their role in the Great Food Transformation. Simutaneously, we seek to identify drivers and barriers for the consumption of  these products. Additionally, my research investigates sustainble diets form sustainable food systems and the green dietary transition.

I have a MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen (UCPH). In my MSc Thesis, I investigated adherence to Food-Based Dietary Guidelines and measured healthiness and sustainability of dietary patterns of different countries using original methods.

I hold a BSc in Nutrition from the University of Brasília (UnB). During my studies, I worked with healthy culinary classes with children. My BSc Thesis was a pilot study for the development of the "Intrument to Identify Food Neophobia in Brazilian Children by Their Caregivers", later validated and published.
