2006-present: Academic Employee at Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management (IGN), University of Copenhagen. Work with Ecosystem monitoring in Greenland. Present project: GeoBasisDisko -ecosystem monitoring at Arctic Station, Disko, Greenland. The project is funded by the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities.

2003-2006: Research assistant at Department of Geography, University of Copenhagen. Work for the project GeoBasis Zackenberg ecosystem monitoring, Greenland. The project is funded by the Danish Energy Agency.

1999-2002: Work for Danish Polar Center 2-4 month each summer as an assistant on the GeoBasis monitoring project and for the logistic department in Zackenberg, Greenland.

Short presentation

I am a physical geographer working with long term ecosystem monitoring in Greenland. I have been involved in programmes in Zackenberg and Disko where data are being collected in order to study climate impacts and ecosystem changes. The projects I am working for are all part of Greenland Ecosystem Monitoring (GEM) -a long term monitoring programme operated by greenlandic and danish research institutions
