Personal profile
Short presentation
I graduated in Economics from the University of Copenhagen where I also did my Ph.D.
In my research I am, broadly speaking, interested in understanding human resources and what barriers exist to expressing these resources. Both for adults and children.
For adults, I investigate the effect of hybrid working - and what it does to work effort and job satisfaction. Read more about this here: https://sodas.ku.dk/projects/distract/.
For children, I examine preferences, personality characteristics, and intelligence. In particular, I use behavioral and experimental economics to shed light on children's financial behavior and preferences. Read more about the project at www.kidslab.dk and https://sodas.ku.dk/projects/eduquant/.
