•Evaluation of microbial quality and safety of foods.

•Antibiotics, bacteriocins, and antimicrobial resistance.

•Lactic acid bacteria, their distribution in the environment, and their application in feed and food products

I am a technical assessor at the Danisk Accreditation Fund (DANAK). I own a minor amount of shares in the Canadian company CanBiocin.
