Short presentation

My research focuses on:

•Evaluation of microbial quality and safety of foods.

•Antibiotics, bacteriocins and antimicrobial resistance.

•Lactic acid bacteria, their occurrence in the environment and their use in feed and food.

Possible conflicts of interest: I am a technical assessor at the Danish Accreditation Foundation (DANAK).
