Developmental neurobiology, brain-barrier systems, stem cells & organogenesis. The list of publications comprises about 120 scientific papers published in international scientific journals.
research profile and current research programme
Over the past 40 years, Professor Kjeld Møllgård and his colleagues have accumulated a unique collection of human embryonic and fetal material. His areas of research interest and expertise include developmental neurobiology, brain-barrier systems, embryology, stem cells and organogenesis. Major techniques include adva nced immunocytochemistry. Equipment for image analysis and advanced photomicroscopy is available in the lab.
