Assistant professor at the section of Education, Department of Communication (2022-present), with teaching appointments in General didactics, Research methods in education, Comparative education and globalisation.

Research interests: decolonial thinking, STS and feminist post-human perspectives in educational research; critical pedagogy and pedagogies of care in higher education; critical AI.

Former Associate professor at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, Department of Education (2013-2020). Teaching appointments and research in the area of Media, Technology and Education. Head of the ForTec lab – Teacher professional development and Technologies.

Visiting professor at Aalborg University CPH and University of Copenhagen (2019-2020). Postdoc at IT-University of Copenhagen (2020-2022) affiliated to the Teknosofikum project for higher education teachers’ professional development in digital competencies.

PhD in Education (2006-2010) at the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, and research collaboration with Cremit, Center for Research in Media and Technology Education.
