2015-ongoing    Chief Consultant in Dermatology (Overlæge) since 2015, at Dept. of Dermato-Venereology, Bispebjerg Hospital, University Hospitals of Copenhagen, Nielsine Nielsens Vej 9, entrance 4, DK-2400 Copenhagen NV. Heads the section of Connective tissue and Autoimmune skin disease, in close collaboration with Rheumatologists regarding SLE, dermatomyositis and systemic sclerosis. Provides regular online teledermatology service in Arctic Greenland

2016- ongoing   Clinical research position, works with bedside diagnostics and monitoring of skin disease using advanced optical skin imaging technologies: reflectance confocal microscopy, photoacoustic imaging, optical coherence tomography, nailfold capillaroscopy. Main focus is development of image-guided diagnosis and quantifications of pigmented skin tumours, cutaneous calcinosis and other skin diseases in multiple clinical research projects.

2020-ongoing   Management of own independent research group conducting clinical diagnostic trials on skin cancer and autoimmune skin disease/cutaneous calcinosis. Works closely with DTU Compute and Dept of Electrical and Photonics Engineering, Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Co-investigator in ShapeOCT international cooperation with DTU, MIT and several European countries.
