Personal profile

Short presentation

I am a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the research project "NORMPLANT." The project aims to develop tools that catering companies can use to support the sale of plant-based meals to corporate clients and is carried out in collaboration with Jespers Torvekøkken.

In the spring of 2023, I completed my PhD thesis, which was part of the research project "Social Drivers and Barriers for Climate-Friendly Diets." The PhD project was a practice-theoretical, qualitative study of young Danes' eating habits, focusing on the challenges faced by vegetarians, vegans, flexitarians, and others in their attempts to change their diets.

My academic focus is on dietary change, climate and green transition, practice theory, qualitative studies of everyday life, and emancipatory social science.

Teaching

In the spring of 2021 and the summer of 2022 I taught the course "Climate Activist Sociology".
