Short presentation

Nana Wesley Hansen is associate professor at the Employment Relations Research Centre (FAOS) at the Department of Sociology.

Her primary research area is collective bargaining and cooperation in the private and public sector. Currently, she is researching the connection between negotiations and external on- and offline communication.

Concurrently, Nana Wesley Hansen also conducts analysis on highly skilled foreign workers coming to Denmark. She is Co-PI on the project SkillsINCORP - redefining incorporation of high-skilled professionals funded by the Independent Research Fund Denmark (Oct 2022 to Sept 2025).
