Current research
I am part of the Novo Nordisk Foundation funded Challenge program “Harnessing the Power of Big Data to Address the Societal Challenge of Ageing”.
My main research project aims to develop AI algorithms to predict the risk of age-related chronic diseases such cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and dementia from an image scan of the retinal nerve tissue and vascular network.
