Personal profile

Short presentation

Our group works in interdisciplinary field:

  • we develop an advanced image analysis of laser speckle flowmetry to assess dynamical changes in the renal vascular network
  • we develop mechanism-based models of vascular networks
  • we develop an in vivo experimental approach based on Raman spectroscopic  techniques to study hemoprotein properties and signaling pathways in living cell, isolated heart and brain slices

Primary fields of research

  • Biophysics
  • Renal physiology
  • Biosimulation
