Professor of private law with special focus on the interaction between private and public law, doctor of laws (LLD, dr.jur.) on a dissertation on Administrative Contracts, 2021, recipient of the Tietgen Prize (2023) and Viggo Hagstrøm's Nordic Prize (2024)

Primary fields of research

The interplay between private/commercial law and public law (in particular, administrative law), including public authorities as contract parties, tortfeasors, company participants, creditors, property owners, and litigants, and related general legal, historical, and theoretical questions.

Current research

Liability of public authorities (monography, Danish, in cooperation with professor, dr.jur. Andreas Ehlers).
