Personal profile

Short presentation

My research primarily focuses on sick young children and pregnant women in general practice. I followed a cohort of young children through a winter when they were most ill, documenting their symptoms, medication use, and interactions with the healthcare system. I also followed a cohort of pregnant women throughout their pregnancies and up to 8 weeks postpartum. They completed questionnaires, and the data has been supplemented with registry data. Currently, I am preparing to examine their children, who are now 7 years old, to investigate whether their current physical and mental health can be linked to the mother's pregnancy and the circumstances surrounding their birth.
