Leadership

As Head of Research and chief consultant Sidse Arnfred leads her own unit (approx. 20 FTU) and coordinate psychiatry research across Region Zealand (RZ). In total Psychiatry RZ employs more than 20 Phd-students, six post-docs, several senior researchers/associate professors, five UCPH and three SDU professors.

Scientific Focus

Since 2008, Sidse Arnfred's clinical and research focus has been on psychopathology, psychotherapy, and recovery-oriented interventions. Since 2015, she has also been conducting research in the field of medical education in psychiatry. Since 2019, she has engaged in research at the intersection of psychiatry and medicine, focusing particularly on patients with concurrent psychosis, pre-diabetes, diabetes and obesity, as well as home treatment.
