Personal profile

Short presentation

In my PhD project, funded by the ROCKWOOL Foundation, I apply econometric and demographic methods to Danish register data to examine the role of economic resources for family conditions. I examine how families are affected by economic resources for instance by looking at fertility.

In the fall of 2021, I planned and conducted teaching in the (MA-level) course: 'The Logic of Design-Based Research: Measuring Causal Effects in Social Sciences' with Therese Bay-Smidt Christensen.

My primary research interests are:

  • Family sociology
  • Family demography
  • Quantitative methods and causal inference
