PhD project: Communicative challenges for nurses from outside the EU/EEA in Denmark
Supervisor: Martha Sif Karrebæk
This project uses linguistic ethnography to explore the role of language in the recruitment, employment and retention of nurses from outside the EU/EEA in Danish hospitals.
I have previously worked with sociolinguistic perspectives on courtroom interpreting as a research assistant in the INTERPRETING project.
