Short presentation

I teach and research in physical geography with a preference for climatology and hydrology.
In several years, I have worked with carbon in the form of CO2 and methane and the processes that control the exchange between ecosystems and the atmosphere. As such I have focused on climatic feedback mechanisms in, Denmark, Arctic and West Africa, in natural and cultivated ecosystems. In recent years, I have used drones in this research, in an effort to introduce new methods in the research on ecosystem climate/ Greenhouse gas bedgets and water balance.

Currently I am also Reseash group leader for Terrestrial Ecosystem Analysis
