Venkanna Babu Guthula is currently a PhD student at the University of Copenhagen. He received his MSc in Geo-Informatics from the University of Twente, Netherlands, which is part of a joint education program with the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, ISRO, Dehradun (2020). He also completed his bachelor's in Geo-Informatics from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam (2017).

His current research interests include the analysis of remote sensing data (satellite, aerial, and drone imagery), computer vision and machine learning.
