Personal profile

Short presentation

I have a keen interest in transportomics, am excited to contribute to advancing our knowledge of the largely unexplored functions of transport proteins and to understand the mechanistic of transport protein functions and their substrate specificities. As a member of a team working on a VILLUM project, I'm engaged in constructing an Arabidopsis transportome library and determining their substrate specificities via untargeted approach using plant extracts. I am also involved in building a transportomics database that will include substrate spectra of the entire Arabidopsis transportome.
