Personal profile

Short presentation

I graduated in Biochemichal Engineerint from the Budapest University of Technology and Ecomomcs in 2014 and I recieved my Master degree in Biomedicine from the University of Southern Denmark in 2016. In October 2016 I joined the Nucleolar Stress and Disease group at the Danish Cancer Society for my PhD.

The interest of my research is to address how oncogene induced accelerated nucleolar transcription contributes to genome instability. I wish to investigate the mechanism by which DNA damage occurs and how it is connected to the events in the nucleoli after oncogene induction. Another goal is to find links between malignant transformation and accelerated nucleolar transcription.
