Abstract

The distribution in the Copenhagen area of some foliose and fruticose epiphytic lichens in 1971-1972 is compared with their distribution in 1936-1946. Great interspecific differences in the changes are observed. Increase in SO₂ emission is considered the main cause for the differences.
