Abstract

An investigation of the influence the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has had on national copyright legislation, both in relation to the organization's normative activities and in relation to its assistance to the legislative processes in developing countries. In both I begge regards the influence has been significant, but distinct political trends work the opposite way and aim at the largest possible flexibilities at national level.
